Return and Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy:
- Without prejudice to the provisions of the statutory and agreed warranties, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product. The product cannot be exchanged after the seven-day period has elapsed.
- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and unused, with no benefit gained from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging the product. For international exchanges, the consumer bears the full shipping costs and delivery to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
- If the product was custom-made based on the consumer's request or specifications, except for products with defects or that deviate from the specified requirements.
- If the product consists of video tapes, disks, CDs, or software that has been used.
- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or similar authored materials.
- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.
- If the contract involves accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
- If the contract involves the purchase of online software downloads.
Return Policy:
